Cimarron Cove is a Planned Urban Development (PUD) Association with 169 single-family homes located in Cathedral City, CA.  The development is gated and was completed between 2004 and 2005.  The homeowners association is responsible for maintaining the common area which includes a covered bbq area, community pool & spa, basketball courts, park/tot lot and four entrance and exit gates.  Homeowners are responsible for the entire structure of their home, roof, driveway, and individual landscaping.
